Event Information and Conditions:
Events will occur on the First Saturday each month in the Spokane County Fire District 4 Fire Station 41 (next to Perrins Field), located at 315 E Crawford St (Deer Park, WA 99006) in the heart of Deer Park, WA.

-- LARGE ($40 for one market event; $100/all three)

-----9'x9' approximate space
--MEDIUM ($30 for one market event; $75/ all three months)
-----14 spaces available in Main Community Room OR Entry Hall

SOLD OUT--SMALL ($60/ all three months)
-----4 spaces available in Entry Hall
-------2'x14' approximate space (long & skinny)
-------two tables provided (2'x5.5')
- If you need electricity, please let us know as soon as possible. There are limited outlets available and will be first come, first served.
- Vendors are to provide their own tables, chairs, booth signs, etc.
*Set up is from 7:30am to 8:45am. Check-in starts at 7:30am. You must open and be ready to go at 8:45 am. All vehicles and trailers etc. must be removed from the fire station parking lot by 8:45 am so that customers have parking spots. No early tear downs. You must wait until 3pm before taking down your booth each day. Vendors are required to leave their space clean and free of garbage.
*Every attempt will be made to include a food and drink vendor at each market; however, we cannot guarantee and encourage bringing a friend OR a stash of snacks. Food and drink are available within walking distance.
*Vendors are responsible for paying their own sales tax & insurance, obtaining any required business licenses at their own expense, or making any contacts necessary to comply with local health permits, fire codes, city, county, state, and federal regulations.
*We are not responsible for any damage or theft. You are responsible for your space, as well as any damage to other vendors' belonging.
*You may not resale the space or "give" the space to another vendor.
*Your market participation permits us to take and use photos for market advertising, social media promotion, etc. Please let us know if you do not want your picture taken for promotions.
*Event will occur and is indoors - rain or shine.
*In the event you are unable to attend, please notify coordinator as soon as possible. Thank you!
*There are no refunds; however, we are happy to transfer your application to a future market event in the same year (i.e. June 2022 to September 2022).
*This market is supportive of all small business endeavors. We hope this is successful and profitable for all the vendors. We do not accept more than one vendor per direct marketing/MLM business. We do permit similar businesses if items are distinct, such as farmed goods, jewelry, vinyl signs, etc. We will place you on a waitlist if a vendor is already confirmed for the same direct sales booth.
