Event Information and Conditions:
The Merry Market will occur on Saturday, November 25 from 9am-5pm. Setup will be available Friday, November 24 from 4-6pm and Saturday, November 25 7-8:30am. Event will be held at The Deer Park Fire Station (315 E Crawford, Deer Park, WA 99006)
We encourage you to read ALL information prior to signing up. There are NO refunds. You also MUST notify us in the event you are unable to join us; this event will have a waitlist. You will not be accepted to future markets if you waste our volunteers' time.
We will NOT be sending invoices this year. If your business name is not on your account, please email us to ensure your payment is applied to your business.

$30 - 18" x 12' (approximate) - two tables are provided (18"x5.5ft)
*Limited electricity - please email for availability. Some spaces may be "flexy" - 10x3.5, 8x10,etc. We do our best to keep them compliant with fire code for aisles and doorways. Vendors are to provide their own tables, chairs, booth signs, etc that must fit within the space chosen, unless specified.
*A Vendor Information Email will go out Thursday prior to the Merry Market. It will contain a map of spaces, pertinent information regarding that market, and any other info you may need. Questions and feedback are always welcome.
*Every attempt will be made to include a food and drink vendor at the market; however, we cannot guarantee and encourage vendors to bring a stash of snacks.
*Vendors are responsible for paying their own sales tax, obtaining any required business licenses at their own expense, or making any contacts necessary to comply with local health permits, food permits, fire codes, city, county, state, and federal regulations. We are required to submit all food related vendors to Spokane Regional Health District. You must be on file with them to sell food, baked goods, candy, etc.
*Vendors & guests must be kind to all volunteers. Our Market only runs because they do! We welcome feedback; check-in, day of event is not the place for it.
*There are no refunds.
* We are not responsible for any damage or theft. You are responsible for your space, as well as any damage to other vendors' belonging due to water, unsecured displays, table failures, etc. We highly recommend seeking event insurance from your business insurance provider.
*You may not resale the space or "give" the space to another vendor at any time.
*Your market participation permits us to take and use photos for market advertising, social media promotion, etc. Please let us know if you do not want your picture taken for promotions.
*In the event you are unable to attend, you must notify our vendor coordinator. This event will have a waitlist. Be kind and allow another vendor an opportunity for holiday info if you are unable to join us.
*We use social media heavily to promote our markets. PLEASE link your accounts in this form so that we are tagging you and not someone named similarly to you!
*This market is supportive of all small business endeavors. We hope this is successful and profitable for all the vendors. We do not accept more than one vendor per direct marketing/MLM business. We do permit similar businesses if items are distinct, such as farmed goods, jewelry, vinyl signs, wood working, etc. We do our best to space like-minded booths/items away from one another, but do not guarantee exclusivity. We will place you on a waitlist if a vendor is already confirmed for the same direct sales booth.
