Events will occur on the First Saturday each month - June through September - from 9am-3pm in Perrins Field, located at 14 Arnim Ave in the center of Deer Park, WA (next to the Spokane County District 4 Fire Station)

Booth Information:

*Small Business: $25.00 per booth per event OR $80 for the season (June through Sept) 

*Area non-profits and community organizations: $10 per booth OR $30 for the season

*Political booths are $40 per booth per event

Seasonal Booths will be posted on our Vendor List 2022 tab for easy connections with your new Market customers.

• One vendor area is a 10x10 space
• All awnings must be secured with weights on all four sides
• No electricity available
• Vendors are to provide their own tables, chairs, booth signs, etc.
• Payments can be made via website checkout, Paypal invoice, or day-of-event cash.

*Set up is from 7:30am to 8:45am. You must be open and be ready to go at 8:45 am. All vehicles and trailers etc. must be moved out of the venue area by 8:45 am. No early tear downs. You must wait until 3pm before taking down your booth each day. Vendors are required to leave their space clean and free of garbage.

*Every attempt will be made to include a food and drink vendor at each market. However, we encourage bringing a friend OR a stash of snacks. Food and drink are available within walking distance. Unisex bathroom is located within the field.

*Vendors are responsible for paying their own sales tax, insurance, obtaining any required business licenses at their own expense, or making any contacts necessary to comply with local health permits, fire codes, city, county, state, and federal regulations.  

Booth Conditions:

*We are not responsible for any damage or theft. You are responsible for your space, as well as any unintentional or intentional damage to other vendors' belonging. Weights for all canopies are strongly suggested.

*You may not resale the space or "give" the space to another vendor. One vendor per booth; two businesses under one person/awning is permitted with proper communication with market volunteers.

*Your market participation permits us to take and use photos for market advertising, social media promotion, etc. If you are unhappy with a picture we have posted, please contact us! 

*Event will occur in rain or shine. In case of severe weather conditions, i.e. high winds or torrential downpours, we may cancel at the discretion of the event Board members.

*There are no refunds unless due to our error; however, we are happy to transfer your application to a future market event in the same year (i.e. June 2022 to September 2022 or 2022 to 2023).

*This market is supportive of all small business endeavors. We hope this is successful and profitable for all the vendors. We do not accept more than one vendor per direct marketing/MLM business. We will place you on a waitlist if a vendor is already confirmed for the same direct sales booth.  We believe there is beauty in variety throughout our vendors. Please ask questions if you want to be the only one selling your craft./goods.

*We do permit similar businesses if items are distinct, such as farmed goods, jewelry, vinyl signs, wooden items, quilted or crocheted items, etc.  Please ask questions if needed.
