We encourage you to read ALL information prior to signing up. There are NO refunds. You also MUST notify us in the event you are unable to join us; this event will have a waitlist. You will not be accepted to future markets if you waste our volunteers' time.

Vendor Set-up: Fri, Dec 4- 7pm-9pm or Sat, Dec 5 7am-8:45am

(2026 Season Pass Holders have priority until October 16)

---- Merry Market does not accept commercial vendors for this event. Direct Sales are okay; home improvement, political booths, etc are not eligible to join this market. Thank you. ----

*There are NO refunds for these events. Please be sure you are able to attend the event before applying. Spots are limited to one booth per vendor; at two weeks prior to the event, vendors can request a second booth if availability allows. 

*PLEASE NOTE: You will be invoiced for your Merry Market booth via our Paypal invoice system. You have 48 hours to pay before we move to the next person on the wait-list. We will not accept any payments after Dec 3. 

Booth Information: 

*Price is $60.00; season pass holders have priority until October 16.
- We have very limited electricity available and must be requested in advance. Please do not request if you do not need. 
- Vendors are to provide their own tables, chairs, booth signs, etc.

-Booths are typically a 10x10 or 9x9 space

*A Vendor Information Email will go out on Thursday, Dec 3 prior to Merry Market. It will contain a map of final spaces, pertinent information regarding that market, and any other info you may need. Questions and feedback are always welcome, but not if they were answered in the email. ;) ! Read the email. ! 

*Set-up times are listed above under the dates. Your booth must be open and be ready for business at 8:45 am. All vehicles and trailers etc. must be moved to the front parking area by 8:30 am - no exceptions. No early tear downs. You must wait until 3pm before taking down your booth each day. Vendors are required to leave their space clean and free of garbage.
 *Vendors are responsible for paying their own sales tax, obtaining any required business licenses at their own expense, or making any contacts necessary to comply with local health permits, food permits, fire codes, city, county, state, and federal regulations. We are required to submit all food related vendors to Spokane Regional Health District. You must be on file with them to sell any food, drink, baked goods, bottled/packaged goods, etc. No exceptions. 

Booth Conditions: *We are not responsible for any damage or theft. You are responsible for your space, as well as any damage to other vendors' belonging due to wind, water, instability, etc. We highly recommend seeking event insurance. We can recommend a good company- email us.
*You may not resale the space, share your space without prior permission, or "give" the space to another vendor at any time.
*Your market participation permits us to take and use photos for market advertising, social media promotion, etc. Please let us know if you do not want your picture taken for promotions. You can take any pictures that we post of your booth or products from our page or we can email them to you directly. Just ask! 
* In extreme weather and snow/bad roads, your participation is your choice; there are no refunds.
*In the event you are unable to attend, please notify coordinator by email or social media as soon as possible. Thank you for being considerate of our time!
*There are no refunds.
*This market is supportive of all small business endeavors. We hope this is successful and profitable for all the vendors. We do not accept more than one vendor per direct marketing/MLM business. We do permit similar businesses if items are distinct, such as farmed goods, sublimation vendors, jewelry, vinyl signs, wood working, etc. BUT will limit at our discretion, based on merchandise ("juried"). We will place you on a waitlist if a vendor is already confirmed for the same category or direct sales booth.
